CIP PROJECT AT CHILDREN AID SOCIETY

left house around 6.50am and i reached clementi MRT station 10 min early. i was the first one to reach. XD waited for jiayi, saki, yuanting, jeremy and jinxian before we took the bus to the home. tracy and qimin arrived when we were leaving out stuff in the store room.

then it's ICE BREAKING GAMES TIME!
yuanting, jiayi and tracy played wacko with the children while the rest of us were preparing for the activities. seperated the children into two groups after ice breaking games and we started the activities.

i was in the indoor activity group so the first batch of kids played scissors, paper, stone at the stairs. then it was pictionary. lastly it's 'turn over the newspaper' game. tracy was really good at controlling the children. but they way she do it was so much like NCC style. "I GIVE YOU 10 SECONDS TO GO TO THE STAIRS NOW. GO GO GO!" HAHAHAHAHA. but it was a good one. felt really impressed. (:

while we were playing indoor games, the other group of children are learning how to rollerblade! (:

then it's the second batch of children's turn. it was pretty disastrous because they were all naughtier than the first batch of kids. @.@ our game plans were totally screwed up as they were not as cooperative as the first batch of kids so we just let them do what they want. in the end, it turns out quite fun because they were teaching us their cheers and stuff. (:

then it was their break time and we had a meeting. after that, jeremy and i went to packed the prizes while tracy and yuanting had a sing along session with the kids. then the whole thing ended like around 1.30pm. the kids were quite disappointed as they expected more rollerblading time. ): feel so sad for them.

YUANTING, JIAYI, SAKI, TRACY, QIMIN, JINXIAN AND JEREMY (he's not in the photo. ):)!

after that, we went to NP to have lunch together. whenever there's yuanting and jeremy around, their squabbling will always be the entertainment for us. HAHAHA. it's super funny to see how they squabble with each other. XD

after lunch, yuanting and i took 184 at the bus-stop near NP while the rest took bus from the opposite bus-stop. and then it's HOME SWEET HOME. :D

from this experience, i learnt that not every children are as fortunate as us. even though our parents might be too naggy or too strict with us, they're still treating us well. whatever they do, they do it because they feel that it's the best for us. hope the kids lives will be more smooth sailing and better in the future! (:
and i learnt something else. I CANNOT BE A TEACHER IN THE FUTURE.
HAHAHAHAHA. i think if i were to become a teacher, the kids would be all chopped and minced into meat cubes. X:

anyways, hope that we would be able to go back for our next CIP project! (:

oh ya, forgot to add this thing.
there's this little boy who keeps harassing and touching yuanting, tracy and qimin. =.=
super qian da. but the staff told us that he has lower IQ.
doesn't seem like it to me. X:
but when i played with him, he seems nice.
if he were to stop all that disgusting actions, i think i would like him more. HAHA.
